oITo Co was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic, when technology suddenly became even more important to everyday life. Homes became workplaces, classrooms and places to stay connected with family, friends and colleagues. People had to adapt quickly, and technology had to work when they needed it most.
That period shaped the way we think about technology today. The years that followed brought another major shift as artificial intelligence moved rapidly into everyday public use, connected devices became more capable, and the way people interact with technology continued to evolve.
More capable software still depends on reliable computers. Smarter homes still depend on devices that are correctly selected, connected and configured. As AI assistants, automation and IoT devices become more integrated into daily life, the technology around us has the potential to do much more — but only when the foundations work properly.
Today, oITo Co focuses on computer repairs and smart home solutions. We help customers keep the technology they rely on working, make informed decisions about repair or replacement, and build connected homes that are practical, reliable and ready to evolve with them.
Different Solutions is more than our slogan. It is how we approach every job. We do not assume a new device is better than repairing the one you already have, and we do not recommend the same smart home setup to every household. We understand the problem first, then work out what genuinely makes sense.
